So much going on, but nothing you would care about. Really.

Life is so hectic since Evan started school. It didn't seem this hectic when Mason started school, and E and K were still babies. But now, holy moly, I am busy all. the. time. I've already over-booked myself a few times, and that is just not cool with me.

I go in on Wednesday for genetic counseling and then a genetic blood test. Apparently, my maternal side of the family has handed down not only the big hips and butt chins, but every type of female-type cancer there is. And my paternal side probably gave me more than naturally curly hair and cankles. So to prepare myself, I decided to get tested. But since I stand a very good chance of carrying something, I need to see a counselor first. Yeah for me.

But to make this appointment, I pretty much had to sell my soul. Things had to be rearranged, schedules had to be changed.

The whole damn week is like this. Actually, the whole month is like this. Pre-school, dentist and doctor's appointments, panel meetings, kindergarten, soccer practices and games, trips to Portland, soccer pictures, play dates, park dates, birthday parties, 5 year shots, pre-school socials, etc., etc....... I'm tired looking at that list.

I have 3 calendars going on, one in my kitchen so I can check it out while making breakfast, one by the computer so Jay can check it out and so can I, and a date book in purse for when I am out and about. I have to sit down at least once a week to update all of them. Jay says I just need to put it all online, but I am not always near a computer, so that makes no sense. I do email him a list of important dates and appointments monthly so he knows where we are most of the time, but he is also under strict instruction to never ever make plans without consulting me because things change all the time. I, of course, don't follow this theory, and schedule things for us and then tell him later. Poor guy, I feel bad sometimes. But not enough to actually consult him. It is just easier to boss him around. Luckily for me, he is very easy. As long as he is fed and has clean clothes, he is usually OK.

So if I am absent, fret not. I will be around. For a few minutes between appointments. I have been reading your guys' stuff, but I haven't been commenting too much. But yeah for you all. Dyck got hurt, which is funny. RLL is finally moved, Princess nicely gave Sugar a heating pad because she is cold, Beth's kid ran into a real live redneck, complete with a rope (that is just creepy! and scary!), etc. etc., I told you I was around.

Holy cow, and I thought I was busy. Your schedule terrifies me.

I'm impressed you're around as much as you are! Do you sleep?

Dyck: I fixed it. Stop being such a fucking whiner. Oh, and if you are SO hurt, how can you type.

Toryssa: I stay in jammies as long as possible. I even wear them to the bus stop, which will soon embarrass the kids, but for now, they don't care.

Princess: Sleep? I've heard of it, but I don't understand the meaning.

Ms. McFatty, I've been typing without using my hands for years...
